The apartment features one bedroom, two living/sleeping areas each with a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen-living room with wood-burning stove and winter garden, and a modern bathroom with walk-in shower. Please note: the washer-dryer may only be used after instruction. A private outdoor area with fenced garden and electric grill is available. The apartment is about 50 meters from the R100 cycle path, and several hiking trails start right at the house. Public transport connections are available from Melsungen. A public parking lot is directly opposite at the forest edge. Pets, events, and smoking inside are not permitted. Smoking is allowed in the covered entrance or in the designated outdoor area by the barn. Security cameras and/or audio recording devices are present on the property. Waste separation guidelines are provided on site. Sustainable materials were used for the renovation. The apartment is suitable for school-age children (approx. 6 years and older).
